1. Promoter

This competition is run by Tudortech (Pty) Ltd, the authorised distributor of SanDisk in South Africa, in partnership with Pep, Incredible Connection and Hi-Fi Corp. Tudortech will manage the entry portal, audit process, random draw and prize handover.

2. Competition Period

The competition runs from 15 January 2026 to 31 March 2026. No entries will be accepted after 23:59 on 31 March 2026.

3. Who May Enter

• Open to South African residents with a valid ID or passport.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Employees of Tudortech, Pep, Incredible Connection, Hi-Fi Corp, their immediate families, agencies or suppliers involved in the promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To qualify, customers must:

• Purchase any SanDisk product 64GB or higher from Pep, Incredible Connection or Hi-Fi Corp during the competition period.
• Scan the QR code or visit the Tudortech.co.za entry page.
• Upload a valid proof of purchase and complete all fields on the entry form.
• Select the correct retailer from the drop-down list (important – one winner is chosen per retailer).
• One valid purchase = one entry.

5. Prizes

• There are 3 prizes in total: R20,000 towards tuition fees for the 2026 academic year.
• One winner will be selected per retailer (Pep, Incredible Connection, Hi-Fi Corp).
• The prize will be paid directly to the registered educational institution selected by the winner.
• Prizes are not transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and cannot be split across multiple institutions.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• All entries will be audited and verified.
• A random draw will take place on 6 May 2026, conducted by Tudortech.
• Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone within 5 working days of the draw.
• If a winner cannot be reached after 3 attempts or fails verification, a new winner will be selected.

7. Verification Requirements

Entrants must provide:

• Valid proof of purchase
• Valid identification
• Educational institution details for prize fulfilment

Failure to submit the required documents may result in disqualification.

8. POPIA Compliance

• Personal information will only be used for competition administration and verification.
• Data will be securely stored and accessed only by authorised Tudortech personnel.
• Information will not be shared with third parties except where required for prize fulfilment or legal purposes.
• By entering, participants consent to the processing of their personal information for competition purposes.

9. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the competition due to unforeseen circumstances, in accordance with applicable laws.
• By entering, all participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity – participation is voluntary.
